About this Job
Microsoft is hiring for the position of Program Manager II!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Implement and drive business strategies for CCSC specific to the reuse and remarketing of DC hardware with an eye toward risk, sustainability, compliance, revenue maximization, and operations
- Establish new disposition channels globally that will add more value in terms of reuse, recycling, and revenue generation. Provide operations support for these new channels.
- End-to-end program and project management (Agile/ Waterfall)
- Contribute to initiative idea generation, innovation pilots, and automation projects
- Partner with DCs, and Engineering teams to support business strategy and optimization initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Supply chain or Sourcing, along with Strategy, Sustainability, and business planning experience are preferred
- 2+ years of Program Management experience
- End-to-end Project Management experience
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills; strong business judgment and acumen
- Excellent problem structuring, identification, and resolution with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding cross-functional project management and interpersonal skills leading to positive organizational change
- Ability to influence without authority across teams and at senior leadership levels
- Ability to present and articulate status and results to leadership
- BA or BS required
- MS/MBA preferred
- PMP, CSCP, CITAD, and/or Six Sigma certification are a plus.
