Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Incline with a demonstrated ability to understand and implement complex solutions.
- Leading large automation projects from concept to completion
- Draft and implement project plans
- Develop prototype solutions
- Collaborate with diverse teams spread globally
- Strong customer orientation, High attention to detail
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent experience from a recognized business school.
- Engineering graduates are preferred, or individuals with strong technical and functional skills.
- Certifications in automation and analytics tools, such as Tableau / PowerBI, would be an added advantage.
- Integrity with a drive for results
- Outstanding people leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
