Google is hiring for the role of Program Manager, Core Program Management Office!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner with Engineering workstream leads, SI/Extended Workforce leads and business leads in building comprehensive strategy, lead program/project management and execution, stakeholder management and project communications.
• Be able to program manage specific phases and/or full life cycle of the programs.
• Define success criteria (facilitate with leads) and develop-manage-monitor integrated plan, milestones, quality, performance and program deliverables.
• Be accountable for Implementation of Program goals and deliverables, manage all aspects of program deliverables.
• Identify and manage dependencies, resource planning, assess and manage risks, and mitigation's across work streams.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• 2 years of experience in the security or privacy domain.
• Experience with third-party ERP implementations (such as SAP, Oracle, enterprise applications) while working with Engineering, Business teams, and SDLC deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring accountability for planning, visibility into resource needs, and intake management of new features or requirements.
• Ability to lead collaboration among cross-product area Engineering, Finance Engineering, Operations, Business PMO, and business teams to ensure regional and global alignment on program roadmaps and execution.
• Communicate succinctly and clearly with cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
• Domain expertise in finance applications and systems.
