Google is hiring for the role of Program Manager-Commerce Programs Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
• Conduct data analysis to make business recommendations in areas such as cost-benefit, invest-divest, forecasting, and impact.
• Work with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience leading and managing the suppliers' contractual compliance for the Commerce product area.
• Experience supporting vendor selection, contract negotiations, onboarding, and overall vendor operations strategy.
• Experience with the creation and tracking status of Purchase Orders, including monitoring monthly accruals, and budget.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience managing execution and high-quality product delivery.
• Ability to ensure that vendors are consistently meeting agreed-upon contractual SLAs.
• Ability to lead regular vendor business reviews.
• Ability to work with Program Managers, Engineers, Product Managers, and Partnerships teams to understand business requirements, implement new processes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
