Turing is hiring for the role of Program Manager - Analytics & Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven working experience in project management, with a focus on data services or machine learning projects.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, data analysis, and optimization, including the ability to manage large datasets, perform complex joins, and write efficient queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables), data visualization, and creating complex reports for stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with agile methodologies is preferred.
