Responsibilities of Candidate:

• Collaborate with global Fortune 500 clients to provide critical business operations services, focusing on creative production, eCommerce/web operations, and analytics & insight services.
• Solve complex problems and deliver transformative insights to help clients seize value and improve profitability in their digital businesses.
• Work within eClerx Digital's Follow the Sun delivery model, engaging with a team of over 3,000 digital delivery professionals across multiple global locations.
• Enhance client metrics, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall customer lifetime value, through effective support and expertise.
• Contribute to the success of eClerx as one of India's leading process management and data analytics companies.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience working with global clients, preferably in roles related to creative production, eCommerce, web operations, or analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver transformative insights to improve client profitability.
• Familiarity with digital business operations and a commitment to driving measurable results.
• Flexibility to work within a global team using the Follow the Sun delivery model.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo and think boldly to meet client needs and enhance overall customer value.
