Upraised is hiring for the job role of Program Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Exceptionally skilled at building processes and breaking down complex problems comes naturally to you
- Experiment & innovate with new systems and develop scalable solutions to deliver better program outcomes
- Willing to wear multiple hats while working with different business functions
- Keen on leading charters that involve driving the quality of program delivery for the Career Accelerator Program (CAP)
- Define and monitor metrics to measure the progress of your initiatives
- High level of ownership and can identify gaps and opportunities proactively
- Experience in closely working with consumers and driving outcome metrics for the program
Requirements:
- Great communication, reporting, and presentation skills
- Experience in owning projects end-to-end and using data and metrics to measure impact of your projects
- Proven experience dealing with ambiguity and operating independently with a high degree of autonomy
- At least 2+ years experience in program or project management or strategy roles
- Demonstrated experience working with and presenting to senior executives
