RWS is hiring for the role of Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

• Deliver a variety of projects on-time, within budget, and with high quality to achieve project objectives.
• Manage all facets of projects, including scoping, estimating, planning, resourcing, scheduling, monitoring, and controls.
• Lead a project team responsible for multiple work streams.
• Monitor and control projects against established goals, metrics, and KPIs.
• Proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Delivers Quality, Value, Results:

• Utilize various project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to optimize project quality and profitability.
• Address problems before they escalate, escalating to the appropriate person when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements for exceptional results.

Functional Excellence:

• Apply project management expertise to identify areas for improvement in methods and processes.
• Collaborate with management to implement improvements and support change management.
• Provide guidance to junior Project Managers and Administrators.

Relationship Building:

• Build strong working relationships internally and externally to facilitate collaborative project work.
• Develop stakeholder confidence by regularly checking in, assessing satisfaction, and uncovering concerns.

Project & Program Management in Sales Operations:

• Provide operational guidance and leadership to enable stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-budget, and on-schedule cross-functional programs linked to Key Strategic Objectives.
• Track execution and performance against KPIs, service level agreements, and adherence to policies.
• Create detailed project, implementation, and action plans for each project.
• Monitor progress and ensure projects meet stated objectives/outcomes.
• Address and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
• Manage and participate in project reviews, approvals, and gating processes.
• Standardize relevant document templates and facilitate sharing of best practices through cross-functional collaboration.
• Track and monitor benefits realization against planned targets.
• Regularly interact with top management and executive C-suite.
• Manage and sustain change at individual, initiative, and organizational levels.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals.
• Work on complex and confidential issues requiring in-depth company knowledge and discretion.

• Experienced professional with a full understanding of the area of specialization.
• Work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope.
• Fully qualified, long-term career level.
• Exercise independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solutions.

• Typically requires a degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years related experience.
