Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Course and Content Management:
  • Evaluate and improve the structure and delivery of courses.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance learning efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experiment with and assess new educational concepts and approaches.
• Trainer Management:
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of trainers, from recruitment to ongoing development.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews, manage onboarding processes, and support continuous professional growth.
• Curriculum Oversight:
  • Consistently refresh and update course materials to maintain relevance and maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with academic staff to incorporate the latest industry insights and educational technologies.
• Student Engagement and Support:
  • Efficiently manage communication channels to respond to student inquiries and foster engagement.
  • Build and sustain effective systems for monitoring and responding to student feedback.
• Email and Communication Strategy:
  • Manage professional email communications and ensure timely responses.
  • Employ CRM tools to conduct targeted email campaigns and analyze engagement metrics.
• Campus Ambassador Program:
  • Direct the campus ambassador program to boost visibility and attract prospective students.
  • Coordinate ambassador training and oversee their activities to ensure effective promotion of the institution.

Requirements: 

• You have at least 2 years of experience managing programs or projects, specifically in educational technology.
• You are good at solving problems and can organize complicated projects into clear, manageable steps.
• You communicate well and can manage relationships with different people across the organization.
• You like to get things done and are able to work independently.
