JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring for the role of Program Management - Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Partner with the Finance and technology team across various lines of business for program/project delivery for Finance users.
• Enhance your skill around documenting business requirements, design plans, test strategy planning & operating model discussion & documentation.
• Initiate Test strategy planning, testing environment setups, communication & agreement around Critical Success Criteria with both Technology and business teams.
• Work closely with the Project Manager during end-to-end project execution & contribute towards project plans, dependencies/risks/issues management, and tracking benefits realization.
• Build your overall business domain & project management skills by advancing your knowledge of each project and related business processes.

Requirements: 

• Finance background preferred (Bachelor’s degree in finance, CA, MBA Finance).
• Preference to BE with experience in the finance sector or Finance projects.
• Good understanding of accounting banking & finance products,
• Data analysis & impact assessment of the assigned requirement,
• With a Strong understanding/ inclination to learn data structures, database design, and system/data flows.
