GoBoult is hiring for the role of Program Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Program Coordination: Assist in developing and implementing program plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) to analyze and report on program data.
- Communication: Draft and proofread internal and external communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with team members, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth program operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of program activities and meetings.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions for program enhancements based on data analysis and stakeholder input.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in program coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
