Program Associate - Research and Analytics Job in Delhi at PATH

PATH is hiring for the role of Program Associate - Research and Analytics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Synthesizing information and data and communicating key insights in conversation and documentation.
• Preparing high-quality data analytics reports/presentations by utilizing the project data through data visualization (through the development of charts, graphs, infographics, data dashboards, and other information design and visual content).
• Working with the country director to distill concepts, research, and data, and effectively communicate them through visual design to make a meaningful impact.
• Understanding the story within data, and developing clear, accurate, and engaging presentations and documents that organize data, research, concepts, etc.
• Translating ambiguous concepts, complicated problems, and complex data, into clear and compelling visualizations to reveal insights and facilitate decision-making.
• Participating in project strategy discussions, and facilitating sessions with teams to translate data into stories and visualizations to meet project requirements.
• Supporting field-based staff in data analysis, including taking creative approaches to providing training support in low-bandwidth environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience working in the field of data analytics and visualization
• Minimum 3 years of professional research experience – primary and secondary
• Demonstrate research capabilities for new geographies
• Strong design eye and demonstrated experience in understanding and interpreting complex ideas and/ or data into visual information
• Excellent skills in using data analysis and visualization software along with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to work independently and manage a wide range of activities daily with limited supervision
• Experience working with reputed consulting firms will be a positive
• Knowledge of the region AMEE (Asia Middle East and Europe), is not mandatory
