PATH is hiring for the post of Program Associate Operations- YO.DH!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute mentorship programs that align with the community’s goals.

• Identify and onboard mentors who can provide valuable guidance and support to mentees.

• Facilitate effective mentor-mentee communication, ensuring a constructive and beneficial experience for both parties

• Organize and manage networking events and activities that bring together the community members.

• Curate an environment where members can connect, share ideas, and collaborate.

• Collaborate with YO.DH volunteers to disseminate updates and execute community activities, including podcasts, learning sessions, and social media campaigns.

• Maintain a strong online presence and engagement through social media and other communication channels.

• Collect feedback and insights from community members to continuously improve the mentoring and networking pillars.

• Support the project manager in developing and maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders, including donors, project partners, mentors, and subject matter experts.

• Ensure timely and transparent communications to align interests and foster strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Proven experience of 4+ years in project management and operations, particularly in mentoring and networking programs.

• Experience of working with in an incubator/accelerator (preferred, but not mandatory)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and event management.
