PATH is hiring for the role of Program Associate Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Planning, coordinating, and executing mentorship programs that align with the community’s goals.
• Identifying and onboarding mentors who can provide valuable guidance and support to mentees.
• Facilitating effective mentor-mentee communication, ensuring a constructive and beneficial experience for both parties.
• Organizing and managing networking events and activities that bring together the community members.
• Curating an environment where members can connect, share ideas, and collaborate.
• Collaborating with YO.DH volunteers to disseminate updates and execute community activities, including podcasts, learning sessions, and social media campaigns.
• Maintaining a strong online presence and engagement through social media and other communication channels.
• Collecting feedback and insights from community members to continuously improve the mentoring and networking pillars.
• Supporting the project manager in developing and maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders, including donors, project partners, mentors, and subject matter experts.
• Ensuring timely and transparent communications to align interests and foster strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience of 4+ years in project management and operations, particularly in mentoring and networking programs.
• Experience working within an incubator/accelerator (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and event management.
