Leap Finance is hiring for the role of Program Associate - Operations!

Responsibility of the Candidate: 

• Perform data analysis using Excel (advanced proficiency required) and basic SQL to drive operational decision-making and generate actionable insights to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and lead their implementation.
• Take ownership of operational processes and ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sales Ops, Product, and L&D to drive aligned outcomes.
• Act as the liaison between teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Lead projects from problem identification to execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Document processes, analyze outcomes, and iterate for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience 
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects.
• Ensure timely execution and maintain high standards of quality in project delivery.
• Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to work with data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Identify and implement strategies for better outcomes.
• Oversee daily operations for assigned projects.
