Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with teams to plan, execute, and monitor the progress of ongoing projects.
• Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and other documentation using Excel.
• Leverage problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide actionable solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resolve bottlenecks.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related materials.
• Adapt to the fast-paced startup environment by managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (data handling, pivot tables, and formulas).
• Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a significant advantage.
• 1–1.5 years in a professional environment, ideally with exposure to project or program management.
