Program Associate Job in Bangalore at NSRCEL

NSRCEL is hiring for the role of Program Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with the team on all program-allied aspects.
  
• Work closely with 10K ventures and support them with resources, mentoring and program deliverables.
  
• Undertake one-to-one interaction with 10k ventures for their Monitoring and Evaluation process
  
• Analyse and report data collected from entrepreneurs.
  
• Support team in executing payment processes, invoice management, and maintaining accounting.
  
• Support team in managing offline/online events, interacting with internal and external stakeholders and contributing to any aspects to make it successful.
  
• Have an intent to work beyond the specific scope of work and interest for greater exposure.
  
• Think creatively and out of the box while solving any problem and deploying a solution.
  
• Work closely with entrepreneurs and other internal teams to understand the needs of entrepreneurs and facilitate to meet those needs.
  
• Ensure adherence to NSRCEL guidelines while communicating with external partners.
  
• Pursue strategic and innovative solutions to fulfil program objectives.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the startup ecosystem
  
• A bachelor's degree in any field from a reputed institute
  
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to contribute to overall program implementation
  
• Strong program execution discipline and mindset to work in synergy
  
• Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally over and above the 10K program
  
• Any experience with a startup or any other startup incubator/accelerator will be a plus
  
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented and maturity to interact with the senior leadership
