Arbolus is hiring for the role of Professional Services - Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute day-to-day support on client projects, collaborating closely with Senior Associates and Project Leads.
• Handle time-sensitive research requests from clients, involving scoping client needs, delivering custom research support, and providing optimal solutions.
• Build and recruit new topic experts through active research and networking efforts.
• Develop relationships with leading thought leaders and experts in various industries.
• Work with the product delivery team to contribute to the development of new product/service offerings.
• Provide proactive solutions and suggestions to improve team processes and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:

• Individuals with 0-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, or campus freshers with a passion for excelling in client servicing roles, are encouraged to apply.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage in discussions with end clients.
• Demonstrate inquisitiveness, a passion for problem-solving, and a keenness to learn.
• Hold a university degree with a track record of high academic achievement.
• Possess an agile mindset, displaying curiosity, enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment, and the courage to challenge traditions.
