Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ability to work in a rapidly growing and changing team environment.
• This position is responsible for conducting manual account registration reviews; performing risk assessment and linked analysis; cross-trains and supporting other business units as needed.
• Associate completes assigned tasks in a timely manner to meet SLAs, creates and applies various strategies to get through daily volume, and assists in obtaining good contacts with Fls.
• A Fraud Specialist contributes to building or updating processes to help the team become more efficient; and assists in creating or updating procedural documents for various Risk products.
• Provide accurate and timely information within the established corporate and department performance metrics.
• This position collaborates, supports, and communicates well with individuals outside the team, including management, employees from other departments/locations as well as associates from all Financial Institutions.

Requirements:

• Graduate from any workstream
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint/PowerBi.
• Flexible with shift timing.
• 1-2 years of Fraud analyst experience
• Knowledge of Payment industry  Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Analytical skills to assess client business needs, identify solutions, and manage requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Possess knowledge and experience in utilizing third-party data sources, such as LexisNexis/TLO, Targus/Neustar, etc., and utilizing other fraud tools and online resources to verify data, a plus.
• Quick learner, self-starter, organized, and able to multi-task; thrives in a fast-paced, production environment.
