GE Healthcare is hiring for the role of Production Team Leader!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute production according to the appropriate instructions
• Develop conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area
• Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or experience.
• Understand how the work of your team contributes to the area.
• Resolve issues using established procedures.
• Consult the supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Collaborate with others to solve issues. For customer-facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customers and GE HealthCare. Exchanges technical information, asks questions, and checks for understanding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Manufacturing & Production with 1+ year of experience is a must
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
• Self-starter, energizing, result-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Excellent teamwork, coordination, and people management skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
