CGI is hiring for the role of Production Support and Implementation!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Attend client calls/emails.
- Log In Jira.
- Perform analysis - share RCA.
- If needed loop in technical team.
- Deploy patch in client UAT.
- Facilitate client UAT.
- Plan and do production movement.
- Apply workaround basis on self analysis or KEDB in client.
- Update the Jira with all status on tickets and issues worked upon.
- Replicate issue in CGI test bed..
- liase with l3 and client to get the issues resolved.
Requirements:
- Basic Oracle Knowledge to write Queries - Select, Update, Delete
- Good Analytical skills
- MQ and IIS knowledge shall be added advantage
- Payment Domain Knowledge - RTGS and NEFT
- Worked on Production Support -Live bank system
- Good - Communication Skills - English and Hindi - Oral and Written both.
