ABB Group is hiring for the role of Production Supervisor Shift Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently, responding to resource issues as necessary, leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.
• Provides regular feedback and makes recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities, and possible critical situations.
• Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
• Reinforces focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.
• Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams
• Ensuring with HR Manager support that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, directed. Guiding, motivating, developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
• With 3 to 5 years’ experience of Rotating Machines, preferably in traction motor manufacturing.
• To ensure that Production is made based on the requirement and specification.
