Britannia Industries is hiring for the role of Production Officer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deploying the right manpower at the right place to get the maximum efficiency and output and their enrolment in the payroll for incentives.
• Verifying all the standard procedures for controlling the weight/gauge, size, color, and appearance of the product.
• Setting the process parameters as per variety, arranging the materials and preparatory items.
• Collecting and recording the different data required for TQM. Prepare a control chart and control the process.
• Getting the maximum output by controlling change over time,mfg defectives, and production downtime below the budgeted level.
• Tracking of all the raw material variances.
• Maintaining the biscuit grinder room by making dust available and its traceability record updation.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Engineer graduate/ Food Technologist/MSc Food Science / MSc. Chemistry
• Knowledge of the Biscuit Manufacturing process
• basic computer knowledge
• Management skills
