- Assist in shift production, process, manpower handling, and problem-solving.
- Assist in handling paint defects and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Any graduation
- Required Knowledge of Powder coating
- Plans, schedules, and aligns the jobs to the workers
- Good Knowledge of the Powder coating process and problem-solving
- Manpower handling, shift work assignment
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Good Knowledge of Production and its related improvements
