ABB is hiring for the role of Production Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Performing physical pre-testing activities for newly developed products to ensure product quality and validate manufacturing processes.
• Assisting the team in performing all required checks as part of the Factory Acceptance Testing process.
• Inspecting and troubleshooting any identified issues, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate testing records, data, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management systems.

Requirements:

• You are absorbed in the production function in the switchgear industry.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in production planning, shift planning, and assembly line management. You have 2 to 4 years of experience in the switchgear manufacturing industry.
• Possess enhanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office package. Power BI is an added advantage.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with proven experience in production engineering.
• You are at ease communicating in English.
