Greendzine Tech is hiring for the role of Production Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of production processes to meet quality, cost, and efficiency targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis to optimize production line performance.
• Assist in the design and implementation of equipment modifications or upgrades to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues to minimize disruptions and maintain continuous operation.
• Support production personnel in resolving technical issues and providing training on new processes or equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production environment.
• Generate and maintain production documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities, providing input on manufacturability and process optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production engineering techniques.

Requirements:

• Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good presentation skills.
• Should be able to travel for business purposes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, and fabrication.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Experience with CAD software is a plus.
• Should have knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Statistical Analysis Software, and Supply Chain Management Software
• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:
  • Production Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
