Multispan Control Instruments Private Limited is hiring for the role of Production Engineer!

Responsiblities of the Candidate:

• Developing and implementing production plans and schedules
• Scheduling workflow between departments to efficiently increase the production of items
• Reviewing master production schedules and work orders to determine order priorities
• Scheduling manufacturing processes and reschedule identical processes to eliminate redundancies
• Creating and distributing work orders to staff members in different departments
• Maintaining liaison with department supervisors to determine work progress
• Providing information on changes in manufacturing methods
• Coordinating efforts with procurement managers to provide them with information on low inventories
• Creating and maintaining effective liaison with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials
• Maintaining and looking after the production systems and training the subordinates accordingly
• Analyze the production system and errors if any and provide efficient solutions to make it robust
• Coordinating the activities of different departments involved in the manufacturing process
• Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed
• Identifying and resolving production problems
• Ensuring that quality standards are met
• Overseeing the maintenance and operation of production equipment
• Managing the production budget
• Training and supervising production staff

Requirements:

• BE/BTech Instrumentation & Controls, Electronics and Communication, Electrical
• Diploma in Electronics and Communication, Electrical or BSc Electronics
• Process control industrial field knowledge
• Sales skills
• Inter-personnel communication skills
• Team-working & managing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change
• 1-4 years of experience in a production engineering role
• Freshers with creative embedded projects are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with raw digital & analogue intuition with logic without any formal embedded projects will also be considered
