Rucha is hiring for the role of Production Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Identify excessive costs, develop methods for cost reduction & implement cost reductions.
- Implement defect reduction activities that drive continuous improvement and standardization of post-processors in all areas
- Initiate, manage & participate in safety, quality, cost & process control improvement projects font-feature-settings: inherit; font-variation-settings: inherit
- Participate in root cause analysis to recommend solution enhancements or other appropriate
Requirements:
- BE (Mech) / DME
- Must have strong Interpersonal Skills, Leadership, and Communication skills
- Must have at least one year of working experience as a Production/ Process Engineer
