Greendzine Technologies Private Limited is hiring for the role of Production Diploma Trainee - Electrical!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand Electrical systems, wire harness drawings, and coordinate with vendors for manufacturing to ensure accurate and timely production.
  
• Conduct inward quality checks to ensure materials and components meet required standards.
  
• Maintain inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient management of stock levels.
  
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize wastage.
  
• Implement inventory control measures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolution of any supply issues.
  
• Arrange and maintain stores systematically, adhering to 6S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
  
• Issue materials for assembly, ensuring proper documentation and inventory updates.
  
• Participate in product assembly, assisting in the construction and testing of electrical systems and components.
  
• Conduct production quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards.
  
• Handle rejections and returns of defective materials, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  
• Implement cost-saving measures where applicable to enhance production efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• Relevant Skills: Wire harness drawing interpretation, Understanding PCB connections, inventory management, quality control, production assembly, vendor coordination, problem-solving
• Relevant Knowledge: Electrical principles, Machines, Electric Vehicle basics, materials management, manufacturing processes, 6S methodology
• Good English communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
