Nordson Associate is hiring for the role of Production Associate 2!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Determining and/or following methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Making set-ups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Requirements:

• Requires 3 years of production experience in electro-mechanical assembly executing the above-listed responsibilities.
• Requires intermediate arithmetic skills, the ability to use specialized equipment, read difficult instructions, maintain written records, and work from established drawings.
• Experience in soldering, wire-wrapping, and cable harnessing.
• Must pass skills assessment testing according to Production Associate 3 Skills Matrix.
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to operate and control equipment.
• Flexible and open to change.
