Natwest Group is hiring for the role of Production Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborating with product development and feature teams to understand the upcoming product, enabling continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Regularly attending the feature teams’ refinement and planning sessions.
• Identifying areas for service improvement by analyzing and diagnosing re-occurring platform and service incidents, as well as customer and stakeholder feedback.
• Building a culture of continuous improvement to reinforce the robustness of the domain, with a focus on automation, scalability, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with industry-standard toolsets and processes
• Knowledge and experience of using operational principles
• A very capable communicator with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management-level colleagues
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in developing or supporting Java, Microservices, Oracle, or Postgre applications hosted on Cloud (AWS/Azure) technologies
• Experience in DevOps and service monitoring/observability Toolsets such as Splunk/Dx-Apm and developing automated dashboards to bring Service and customer insights
• Knowledge and experience in using operational principles and processes in incident management, problem management, change, and risk management
