Practo is hiring for the role of Product Support Specialist - International Marketplace (Content)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Initiate outbound calls and emails to international customers to encourage them to claim their profiles on our platform.
    • Build rapport with customers and effectively communicate the benefits of claiming their profiles.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Profile Management:
    • Assist customers in creating and updating their profiles on our backend system.
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer profiles by gathering necessary information and verifying details.
    • Collaborate with other teams to resolve any profile-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Sales and Conversion:
    • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to claim their profiles.
    • Meet and exceed assigned targets for profile claims and conversions.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to customers during engagement.
  • Data Entry and Documentation:
    • Accurately record customer interactions and profile updates in the company's CRM system.
    • Maintain organized records of customer profiles and communication history for future reference.
    • Generate reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in data entry and profile management
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs in a dynamic work environment

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service within the technology, software, or online marketplace industry
  • Familiarity with international markets and cultural nuances
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and online marketing strategies
  • Previous experience in lead generation or cold-calling campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
