Pando is hiring for the role of Product Support Engineer

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Handle customer queries & calls, and provide appropriate solutions.
  
• Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  
• Efficiently set goals and work towards zero escalations.
  
• Maintain relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.
  
• Handling tickets.
  
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Technical Customer Support experience or customer handling roles.
  
• Knowledge of SQL queries.
  
• Knowledge in Network logs & Postman API.
  
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
  
• Good written and verbal communication.
  
• Willingness to learn new things every time.
  
• Ready to work in rotational shifts (9-6 pm or 11-8 pm).
  
• Optional night shift and on-call weekend support.
