Finflux is hiring for the role of Product Support Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work with end-users, your team and the product engineering team to analyse, prioritise, and resolve the production help requests
- Bring value to the customer by unblocking users by resolving day-to-day support issues. Yours is a technical support role, your primary responsibility is to analyse, prioritise, and resolve the support tickets
Requirements:
- Working experience on banking application(Temenos, Finacle, FinnOne or similar core banking application)
- Working knowledge of SQL and Database (RDBMS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
