Inventrax is hiring for the role of Product Support Engineer!
Responsibilities of a Candidate:
- Install & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Maintain and monitor computer networks and systems.
- Log the queries of customers and clients.
- Analyse call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
- Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
- Respond to callouts in a timely fashion.
- Follow instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.
Requirements :
- Any Graduation
- Required Some Technical Skills like SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
