Bursys is hiring for the role of Product Specialist/Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop product strategies and roadmaps.
• Define product requirements and specifications based on market research and customer feedback.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and manage product features and enhancements.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders regarding product-related inquiries and updates.
• Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
• Provide training and support to sales and customer support teams to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and support our products.

Requirements: 

• 2-4 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Solid understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
