RealCoderZ is hiring for the role of Product Specialist Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Learn and understand the company's product portfolio, features, and benefits
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with the product management team to gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights.
• Assist in developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including preparing sales collateral, proposals, and product documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing support
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing input and suggestions for enhancing product features, usability, and customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
• Strong passion for technology and understanding of software products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience or internships in product management, sales, or customer support is a plus
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
