Product Solutions Expert/Pre-Sales Specialist Job in Bangalore at Betterplace

We are seeking an experienced Solutioning Expert with end-to-end project delivery experience to join our rapidly growing enterprise SaaS Company in India. This Solutioning Expert will play a key role in supporting the sales team and driving the success of our enterprise SaaS products. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has a record of accomplishment of accomplishment of success in a similar role, and has experience in delivering projects end-to-end.

What we’re looking for:

• key skills requirements & proficiencies;
• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or similar role, with a focus on enterprise SaaS products
• Strong technical background and ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions.
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery, including deployment, implementation and post-implementation support of enterprise SaaS products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Prior knowledge of Program Management is a plus.
• Should be great with Stakeholder management (Internal & External).
• Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering Background BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering equivalent or related technical field.

What you’ll do

• Act as the technical advisor and subject matter expert during the sales process, including the end-to-end project delivery.
• Work closely with the sales team & customer to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how our products can meet their needs.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Respond to technical questions and objections from customers.
• Create complete flow diagrams & project planning for the customer and make sure the project is delivered on time as promised.
• Capture custom requirements clearly and get those implemented for the customer.
• SPOC for customer until pilot is successful and maybe beyond for larger deployments.
• Provide guidance and support during the deployment process to ensure a smooth implementation.
• Work with the product & technical team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end projects.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends and competitive activity.
• Participate in trade shows and other industry events to promote our products.
• Should be ready to travel to client sites for better understanding & coordination.
• The desire to be continually learning about newly emerging technologies/industry trends & challenges, perform duties with minimal direction.
