PhonePe is hiring for the role of Product Solution Engineer - Core!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix production software issues.
- Develop and own monitoring solutions for various environments and applications.
- Develop enhancements for existing core systems.
- Adapt installer, shell scripts, and Perl scripts and aggressively automate manual tasks through scripting.
- Provide customer feedback to the team.
- Maintain ongoing records of problem analysis and resolution.
Requirements:
- Graduation's degree in engineering is required.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Good understanding of MySQL and complex SQL queries.
- Proven success in fast-paced production support.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, shell).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and understand business needs.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or web services a plus.
