PhonePe is hiring for the role of Product Solution Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage accounts during the integration process.
- Work with products and tech teams and understand different product flows.
- Attend meetings/con calls with Merchant's Tech/Business team.
- Understand Merchant's flow, and requirements and suggest solutions to them.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to the merchant integration Issue.
- Take ownership of customer/merchant issues reported and see problems through resolution.
- Ask the merchant the targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Understanding Tech issues involved in integration & Providing resolution.
- Automate the process to solve the merchant integration issue and merchant requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with basic programming languages (e.g., PHP, JAVA, ASP.Net) and platforms (e.g., Android, iOS).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience with remote desktop applications.
- Good understanding of IT terminologies and concepts.
