Product Sales Manager Job in Mumbai at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd

Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for the role of Product Sales Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Take care of about 6 - 12 branches and mostly aligned with ABM of branch banking, OR, a particular business segment (like Privy, Wealth, WCG, CorpSal, etc.)
• Identify the TFX & FES opportunities in the assigned catchment/segment
• Interact with the branches/channels and presents the analysis of stock, market intelligence
• Identify the training needs and put the capability-building plan in place
• Gather the gather market information/competition trends to facilitate product developments/improvements by the H O Product team
• Monitor the services standards/TAT and fix the gaps, if any, by taking up with H.O
• Ensure the quality of the accounts and compliance issues
• Ensure all customer queries/complaints, if any, are responded within the defined TAT
• Ensure that the branches/channels are adhered to all processes & guidelines

Requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech & MBA - the most preferred
• CA - second preference
• MBA is a must for the candidates, other than CA OR B.E/B.Tech
• 2- 8 years of relevant experience, i.e., Trade & Forex
