Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Shoulder the responsibility of escalating sales by converting potential leads into profitable sales deals 
• Closely monitor and examine potential customer trends to identify and implement best suited sales strategies 
• Accountable for ensuring accomplishment and surpassing of targeted sales objective; Draft, maintain and monitor accurate MIS reports 
• Collaborate and liaise with team peers to enhance business results and boost customer acquisition and satisfaction rate 
• Boost customer satisfaction by maintaining communicative relationships with customers post disbursement of loans 
• Coordinate with cross functional departments to expedite and facilitate delivery and fulfilment of client’s needs and expectations in an appropriate manner.
