PHENOM is hiring for the role of Product Quality Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

•  Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products
•  Identify, report, and track bugs and issues found during testing
•  Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
•  Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential quality   issues
•  Develop and maintain automated test scripts using automation testing tools
•  Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and methodologies
•  Communicate test results and progress to the team and stakeholders
•  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance

Requirements of the Candidate:

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
•  1-2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
•  Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
•  Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
•  Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
