Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for the role of Product Planning Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy to build the Mahindra Brand in the CE industry.
• Be responsible for designing and facilitating the implementation of annual marketing plan for the business to ensure its visibility across the country.
• Establish and implement short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for the marketing team. These goals and objectives must be in line with the company's strategy as well as be based on linkages and goals of the other functional departments.
• Continually monitor and analyze marketing activity against goals and advise the team accordingly. With respect to the marketing budget, be responsible for planning and administering the firm's marketing operations budget, supporting development of regional marketing budgets, and overseeing the development and management of internal operating budgets.
• Be responsible for monitoring the planning and development of marketing and communications materials while working towards brand building.
• Monitor external communications and systems as well as internal communications and systems. Review and monitor public relations efforts, advertising efforts, as well as external vendors and consultants.
• Be responsible for representing the sector at various forums and business meetings to promote the CE products. Be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
