SHL is hiring for the role of Product Owner!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Proactively provide business analysis, create, and maintain standard product documentation.
- Deliver phased solution implementations for our platform, application development, and change management.
- Deliver Business Requirements Document, User Stories, User Cases, Data Flow Diagram, and Swim Lanes as needed.
- Report progress, resolve problems, and recommend actions based on different workstreams.
- Assess usability and performance trade-offs
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
