Product Operations Senior Analyst Job in Bangalore at Nasdaq

Nasdaq is hiring for the role of Product Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Strengthen the product feedback loop: Work with Product Managers and Product Delivery Leads to respond to requests and identify trends
• Improve the customer experience: Create and enrich channels for the Product Team to consistently engage with customers and users
• Analyze data into insights for the Product Team: Establish standard methodologies and processes around various product feedback tools. This includes analyzing client segmentation data, feature usage, and other ad-hoc reports
• Manage the request queue of feature enhancements coming from both internal and external stakeholders
• Technical Writing: Development of product release assets for both internal support teams and external customer. Product/platform documentation:  internal support guides, best practices, FAQs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years as a Data Analyst OR relevant experience in Product Analyst, Client facing roles or working with external customers
• Must have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Taking initiative, working across technical/internal and service teams
• Ability to learn quickly, dive in, and become familiar with our platform, its product features, and their functionality – while anticipating questions
• Data analysis: ability to aggregate and track data in search of trends and flags
• Problem solving: You need to have a proven track record of a structured approach to tackling complex issues
• Willing to communicate via any number of mediums, from Teams to in-person, verbally and in writing
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
