Paytm is hiring for the role of Product Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Product Development:
• Collaborate with senior product managers to contribute to the development of new features and enhancements for our FinTech products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Project Management:
• Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development projects.
• User Experience (UX) and Design:
• Work with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.
• Data Analysis:
• Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights into user behavior and product performance.
• Work with data scientists to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, providing updates on product development progress and addressing inquiries.
• Quality Assurance:
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of product releases.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in product management or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Ability to have strong sense of ownership
