Surge is hiring for the role of Product Operations Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Engage with customers and make sure they’re having a great experience. You’ll work with them to understand their SLAs and goals and run data delivery projects to meet their needs.
- Deliver amazing quality data, manage throughput, and monitor costs.
- Design, run, and optimize projects.
- Train, manage, and support Surger teams.
- Gather insights and deliver them to our customers.
- Help find new opportunities within accounts. Introduce Surge to other teams and build strong relationships.
