Saviynt Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Product Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze data from various product launch releases to help product management make better-informed decisions on new functionality.  
• Turn data from product launches into insights, analyze information from multiple data sources, and identify the most impactful.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the launch priorities and support with data-driven recommendations. 
• Maintain a strong team culture of trust, accountability, and commitment to impact product launch. 
• Provide data, framework, structure, and platform to collaborate to solve ambiguous issues at the launch. 
• Streamline product launch operations to enhance the overall launch documentation and quality.

Requirements:

• Preferably an MBA or interested in a product management career
• Ready to operate in the matrix environment and collaborate across multiple stakeholders to support product launch
• Conversant with numbers, data modeling, and ready-to-learn report generation tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Exceptional organizing and data structuring skills and attention to detail
• A can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and streamline operations
• Ability to create and refine operations processes to get to the priority of new releases on time and enable quick course correction
• Experience Required: 0-2 years of experience
