Equiniti is hiring for the role of Product Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for the appropriate systemization of all leading and lagging product-related metrics
• Collate and enrich qualitative product data
• Collate and enrich quantitative product data
• Perform statistical analysis and data modelling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in our product data
• Provide actionable insight to the product team
• Work closely with our data team and providers to ensure the quality, integrity, and accessibility of product data
• Manage and master the product team toolset
• Maintain processes used within the product team
• Maintain templates used within the product team
• Provide insight on ways of working
• Streamline internal workflows, processes, and tools throughout each stage of the product lifecycle
• Ensure good governance is adhered to for our product catalogue
• Support Product managers and owners in their production of communication material relating to product strategy and updates
• Scale product knowledge material across the business

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product operations desired
• Understand financial concepts, products, and market desires
• Experience working with data is essential
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction is essential
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is essential
• Production of high-quality artefacts and insight reporting are essential
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Appreciation of agile ways of working
• Proficiency with tooling
• Process optimization
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
